taverna is situated on the busy main road around Skopelos island. It is
also within walking distance from the beach of Stafylos and close to the
hotels and numerous guest houses/pensions of the settlement.
The restaurant tables have been set on the covered front terrace. Inside
there is a bar, two kitchens and two bathrooms. Outside there is a second
bar. From the side of the building steps lead up to the balcony and the
two rooms for renting out. From both of the rooms you have access to another
balcony on the opposite side of the house.
The size of the land is 2,100 m2, which leaves plenty of space for another
building of about 80 m2 or more. Chestnut and fruit trees are found on
the grounds.
The building is in very good condition. The property is likely to be
in the town plan in near future, which would increase its value even more.
