Although recently renovated, the house incorporates traditional features of the islands architecture. It is a perfect place to completely unwind in this private and peaceful spot, its surrounding terraces offer stunning views of the turquoise bay below and green hillsides above.

The house with its natural charm offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has been built around a central courtyard, which provides a shaded outdoor eating area. The majority of the living area is positioned on one floor, a sitting room with corner fireplace and windows to the terrace, the open plan kitchen, two double bedrooms with a separate dressing room area and two bathrooms. A third double bedroom is located on the upper floor and is reached by an external staircase from the courtyard. The villa also boasts an air-conditioned gym.

The outdoors can be enjoyed from most lovely places like a spacious patio, a stone built BBQ, a heated whirlpool taking advantage of the surrounding nature and sea below and even a vineyard.
