INTERIOR
Entering each house from the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen, sitting room/dining area, a double bedroom and a bathroom. From this level a stairway leads to the upper floor with master bedroom with beautifully crafted traditional open beamed ceiling, en-suite bathroom and a large balcony with fantastic sea views. One of the villas has two bathrooms, the other three.  Still a rough diamond within the building process, you can still participate in creating a most spectacular result. The basement is reached from the main floor as well, and contains two big and one smaller storage room and another bathroom. Pipes for central heating are provided, the houses are to be delivered all ready, finished with kitchen and bathrooms.

EXTERIOR
Each house has its’ own swimming pool with mosaic tiles and 4x7,5 m of size; there is plenty of room for kids and guests at the pool area. The hillside is covered with olive trees.
